• Order data — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone (optional), and order contents. Provided by you at checkout.
• Payment data — processed by our payment providers through Shopify. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Marketing data — your email address, only if you choose to join our list. Nothing else is asked for.

We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics on this site. We only collect what is needed to take, ship and support your order.

To take and fulfil orders, run subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, meet legal and tax obligations, improve the site, and — only with your consent — send marketing email. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

Service providers acting on our instructions only: Shopify (store and checkout), payment processors, shipping carriers, email service providers, and analytics providers. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Marketing data until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we don't email you again. Analytics data on a rolling basis.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. California residents may request access, deletion and correction and may opt out of sale/sharing — we do not sell or share. Email Support@nioviv.com and we'll respond within the time your law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

We email you only if you opted in, or to service an order you placed. Every marketing email contains a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer, and our sender details. You can also unsubscribe by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing Support@nioviv.com. We process unsubscribes within 10 business days (usually immediately). Discount codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise.

To delete your data, email Support@nioviv.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address you used with us. We will confirm your identity, delete your personal data, and confirm in writing within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows). We keep only what the law requires us to — for example, tax records of past orders — and a minimal suppression record so we never email you again.

This site uses only what is strictly necessary to work: your browser's local storage remembers your cart, and session storage remembers that you closed our offer pop-up. Neither is used to track you. Because we use no analytics or advertising cookies, there is nothing to opt in to. When you go to checkout, Shopify sets its own necessary cookies to process payment — see Shopify's cookie policy. If we ever add optional cookies, we'll ask first.

Our web fonts (Space Grotesk and JetBrains Mono, licensed under the SIL Open Font License) are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them. Product photography and artwork on this site are owned by or licensed to Nioviv.

The site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. You must be 18 or the age of majority where you live to place an order. If you believe a child has given us data, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date below and, for material changes, tell subscribers by email.
