Shipping & returns.

• Free shipping on every order. No minimum spend, no threshold.
• Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. Ground delivery typically takes a further 2–6 business days.
• Carrier delays, weather and address errors are outside our control; we'll help you trace any parcel that stalls.
• We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may attract import duties or taxes payable by the recipient.

If the product doesn't clean the way we said it would, email Support@nioviv.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We'll refund the purchase price of that order. You don't need to ship the box back, and we don't charge a restocking fee. The guarantee covers one order per customer; bulk and reseller orders are excluded.

Unopened cartons can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us first for a return address. Return postage is on us if the item arrived damaged, incorrect or faulty; otherwise it's on you.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, your choice.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take longer to display them. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted.

Email us before dispatch and we'll cancel and refund the order. Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled at any time from your account, effective immediately for any delivery not yet processed.
